A double agent, cover as a AO Deep Space Scout, but actually working for VoidCorp. Was working to arm the Cythars with modern weaponry to fight some war. He did not have authorization to trade with the Cythars, however, the prospect of gaining alien tech from the Cythars was too much to pass up.
