Caprica – Prequel Show to the reimagined Battlestar Galactica

I have heard this described as a Sci-fi soap oprah… space soap oprah, I guess. A BSG meets Dallas/Falcon Crest type story. More focus on drama, less on sci-fi, I would guess, since that’s the direction of the current BSG show. If this is true, I could be sadly disappointed.

I do like the politics of the 12 colonies concept. In the RPG, each colony is described in detail and if they follow that, the dynamics could be interesting.
