Kaiburr Cluster is born

I am currently writing up a complete region of space to use in this campaign. Relatively original, I am probably going to use some incluences from various sources like Shatterzone, Traveller and the like. I am leaning towards bringing in the 2300 AD nemesis Kaifer at some point but right now, I am just trying to write a general history of the region and break out the human (and possibility alien) factions. I used DonJon RPG Tools to create the basics of 14 systems. As I got through each system, I am tweaking them to make them work with a vision I have. I am also researching various aspects of science and astronomy to make sure it’s realistic. I am on a realism kick recently because I am finding that fun these days.
