Shades of Alternate Eternities

For a very short time, I ran Alternity. It’s a good system. Unfortunately I got involved just as it was dying in the eyes of WotC. I had all the books (or most of them). I ran mostly Dark Conspiracy and Star Frontiers in Alternity, and played in Star*Drive as well as Gamma World, ran by one of the most vocal supporters of Alternity, Neil Spicer. I had plans for Alternity for a long time. But then d20 came along and that’s where I put my energies.

I attempted to resurrect it in my merging of Star Drive and Star Frontiers but I have learned that modern gamers just don’t like the “roll under” aspect of these games anymore.
