An humanoid alien race from somewhere in the Near Colonies region, no one is clear where exactly they homeworld is or what it is called. Krovods are simply found all over the Near Colonies and Inner Frontier, selling goods and services from their rickety and questionably sound ships. They are traders of strange and alien goods and commonly can be found in squares and bazaars of any world. Apparently, however, human normal atmosphere is incompatible with their circulatory system so they must wear a breather apparatus whenever on these worlds.
