Neutron Blasters strip neutron particles from its barrel, which is made up of a hyper-reactive material that releases these neutrons at a hyper-accelerated rate, when mixed with the charged plasma of the Blaster. These particles cause the beam to have the neutrino effect, which causes severe damage to organic material, but leave non-organic material unscathed. The barrel has to be replaced after the alotted amount of shots in the Change Barrel column is used up. Armor has normal effect, but if it doesn’t penetrate, half the damage to the armor. The neutrino particles cause a tighter, and faster beam, which results in better accuracy. If the Barrel is used up, the second damage after the “/” is used.

The general concept is the blaster bolt rides a charged particle beam. This increases accuracy greatly for those that can jack into the weapon. The jack is used to time the partil milliseconds before the trigger is pulled.
