Play test for the third installment of the 80s game. After rescuing BA from the Visitors, they find he was converted. While they were able to break some of the alien conditioning by putting him in a plane with Murdock, they were not able to break it all. While BA goes through de-conversion, the team continues helping the resistance.
I sued AI top help write this adventure just by plugging in plot device ideas and the general campaign concepts. Amazingly, it even knew who Manimal was. I refined the adventure in play test and it ended up being what I ran at the con.
This started out differently in that I gave each group a quick encounter based mission to help evolve the setting. In basic terms, the Visitors and developing technology to counter the characters. Between new Black sky fighters and bio-engineered super soldiers that can shape shift their skin to appear as humans, they got clues to where I want to steer the campaign.
Then they were recalled back together by Juliet Parrish to follow where BA left off. They have lost contact with the resistance in Miami and they have to find them, with the help of two cops – Crickett and Tubs.
It went really well.
