Something I used to get to know my characters in my campaign

I need to get a background from each of your characters. Please use the following template to give me a run down of your character. Type [GM Option] in anything you want me to fill in 🙂

PRESTIGE CLASS GOAL: (Your Character Prestige Class goal)

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

RACE: (Character Species)
SEX: (What gender your character is; ex: Male (M), Female (F))
AGE: (Your Character’s age)
HEIGHT: (How tall you Character is)
WEIGHT: (How heavy your Character is)
HAIR: (Color of your Character’s hair, if any present)
EYES: (Color of your Character’s eyes)
SCARS, MARKS, TATTOOS: (Any other outstanding characteristics concerning your Character)

PERSONAL FAMILY

PLACE OF BIRTH: (Where your Character was born, Planet, Region …)
MOTHER: (Mother’s name, Living/Deceased, occupation, where she resides)
FATHER: (Father’s name, Living/Deceased, occupation, where he resides)
SIBLINGS: (Brother(s)/Sister(s), How many or list them by name)

BACKGROUND MATERIAL:

(A few paragraphs describing a bit about your Character and significant events, if any, involving the character in the four phases of life: Birth, childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. Be sure to note information that is secret or not well known about the character.)

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE:(if necessary)
(Description of any psychological profile including life outlook, problems, temperament/attitude, motivations, life goals)

HOBBIES/INTERESTS:
