Servants of the Lake

I decided to do a one shot of a random adventure I had not run yet. I picked one that seemed simple – Servant of the Lake in the Doors to Darkness supplement, read it through and ran it. It was a very fast session. This could easily fit in convention session. I think part of it is that they players went in on it as an investigation and did not waste time. They started investigating as soon as they got to the location. Maybe a little meta-gaming but it was a one shot.

I also got to use two big things I inherited from Jeff Smith – his old table top (which I refurbished and water-proofed, and the plotter printer.
