The Corporate Sector New Order Coalition (CoSNoC) is the group that conspired to bring down the 3WA (and its allies) within the Corporate Sector.  They hired Khitan to hunt down the Lovely Angels.  They are in truth a secretly funded Imperial faction implanted to cause instability within the Corporate Sector.  If the CS knew about it, relations between them and the Empire would be strained.
