Praxilus

Primary city on Primogen II.  It is the largest city on Primogen II, situated almonst exactly on the planet’s north pole.

At the time of the adventure, the city was dealing with a rash of terrorist attacks, using teleport bombs to hit soft targets throughout the city.  The perpetrators of these attacks remain unknown.
